What's New at Triumph Intelligence

Updates, enhancements, and new features

June 2026

  • We've added a Request Bid from All link to Capacity Intelligence. This link allows you to request bids from all carriers surfaced by Capacity Intelligence for a particular load, instead of clicking on each carrier and entering bids one at a time.

  • Capacity features now include MC / DOT numbers to make it easier to map Triumph Capacity data to your own compliance and vetting process.

  • Triumph Intelligence now includes RFP Manager, a centralized freight RFP solution that helps brokers move from shipper bid intake to pricing and submission in a single workflow. The result is faster turnaround times, more consistent pricing decisions, improved visibility, and better long-term outcomes.

    • A new RFP tab under Pricing serves as the central hub for managing every RFP in one place.

    • The RFP Manager allows you to:

      • Upload XLSX or CSV files in your customer's preferred format. Headers and column order are preserved.

      • Automatically map and configure data, identify unmapped columns, and collect any required configuration information.

      • Apply Triumph's predictive pricing intelligence, and export quote-ready files.

      • Evaluate every lane using both your projected Verified Buy Rate and Triumph's Market Buy Rate, providing visibility into what you may pay and how the broader market is expected to perform.

      • Generate sell rates from configurable pricing baselines and margin targets.

      • Update rates individually or in bulk while maintaining pricing discipline.

      • Analyze, filter, prioritize, and edit lanes using an Excel-like interface designed for large-scale bid management.

      • Support multi-round RFP management (up to 3 per RFP)while preserving prior-round pricing for comparison and decision-making.

      • Publish and export lanes in the shipper's original format, make offline updates, and re-upload without losing system intelligence.

      • Filter by High Risk, Error, Published, or Unpublished status to identify and visualize risks by surfacing negative-margin, low-confidence, and thin-margin opportunities.

      • Attach award files to maintain a system of record for auditability and future analysis.

    • RFP Manager is available under Pricing > RFP. Access to full functionality is controlled through a Keycloak role. Contact your Triumph Customer Success representative or email us at to enable access.
